Genealogy 101: Techniques and Tutorials
The Ocean City Free Public Library has great resources available to people who are looking to dig into their family history. The Museum’s director, Jeff McGranahan, will host a five week workshop introducing genealogy and providing assistance with the internet tools available through the Library. The workshops will be held in the Library’s Computer Center on Thursday mornings: 9am – 10am from February 21 to March 21. Registration is required; seating is limited. Woodrow Wilson in Cape May County
Cape May County Clerk Rita Marie Fulginiti will present Woodrow Wilson in Cape May County at the Ocean City Historical Museum on Thursday, March 21, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. It has been 100 years since Woodrow Wilson took office (March 4, 1913) as our 28th U.S. President; the only New Jersey Governor to become a U.S. President. Clerk Fulginiti will discuss Wilson’s five visits to Cape May County and how his Progressive ideas to transform boss politics and government have had a lasting impact in New Jersey.
