July 10, 2014 @ 7pm - Ocean City Historical Museum Ocean City's Historical Hotels Hot off its debut on July 7, Fred and Susan Miller will be talking about their new book, “Ocean City’s Historic Hotels.” The authors will be signing copies of the new Arcadia book, so be prepared to pick up your copy that evening. Stay afterwards and celebrate with the Museum for our "50th Anniversary Reception." Also you will be able to check out our latest exhibit, "1928: the Rebirth of the Boardwalk."
July 17, 2014 @ 7pm - Ocean City Historical Museum A Woman in Law Enforcement Cape May County Freeholder Marie Hayes will share her personal story of service as a member of the County’s Prosecutor’s Office. As “A Woman in Law Enforcement,” she has an unique perspective on Cape May County’s recent past. She will discuss her work as a detective.
July 17, 2014 @ 7pm - Ocean City Historical Museum The Passion of Postcards Ruth and Paul Anselm will be discussing the love of collecting postcards. They will be exhibiting a portion of Ruth’s personal collection, including some interesting and rare examples.
July 17, 2014 @ 7pm - Ocean City Historical Museum The Case of the Sindia We will welcome John Loeper, who will make the “Case of the Sindia,” Ocean City’s most famous of shipwrecks. Was it really a conspiracy? Come make the decision for yourself.
